Preheat your oven to 200 ° C. Stretch the dough and place it on a cake pan with butter. Prick the bottom with a fork.
Peel the apples, cut them into strips and place them on the bottom of the cake.
Beat the eggs and add the cream, sugar and a bag of vanilla sugar. Mix well Pour the mixture over the apples. Sprinkle the cake with vanilla sugar and cinnamon.
Cook in the oven for 40-45 minutes, watching: the cake should be golden brown.
Serve this warm cake with a scoop of vanilla ice cream 😉
