Baked Potatoes Stuffed with Bacon and Cheddar
I have been subscribed for about ten years to the English cuisine magazine Delicious. I love her very much. And in the last issue, there were these baked potatoes stuffed with cheddar cheese, bacon and chives. It caught my attention and I took the idea by adapting it. It is super good!
For 4/6 people:
- 10 potatoes same size (variety for the oven type Samba, Agata …)
- 300 g of bacon smoked
- 150 g of cheddar grated
- 1 bouquet of chive
- 60 g butter
- 2 tablespoons liquid cream
- 1 pinch of salt.
Wash potatoes well, do not peel them. Wrap them in foil and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 1 hour.
Meanwhile, roast the bacon for about 10 minutes in a pan. Drain and reserve.
After an hour, the potatoes are cooked, remove the foil and dig the potatoes. I used my ice cream ball, it's very convenient. Hold the potatoes in a cloth so as not to burn yourself. Put the potato meat in a salad bowl, add the butter with butter and crush it with a fork. Then add the bacon, the liquid cream and 100 g of Cheddar cheese. Stir, taste, add salt if necessary and refill the potatoes of this preparation.
Place them in a baking dish, sprinkle with the rest of the grated Cheddar cheese and brown for 10 minutes (baked grill function). In the end, sprinkle the chopped scallions.
Simple and delicious! To taste with a green salad!
