And here is my first article after my move! Not to deviate from my (good) habits: a gourmet recipe, chocolate and very caloric ^ _ ^: the real recipe for American brownies, with my personal touch (as always) but optional: the soft praline that I love !!! It gives a pleasant nutty flavor that combines perfectly with the chocolate of the brownie … mmm !!! I do not tell you more and I go to the recipe !!!


The recipe for real American brownies, very chewy

Preparation time: fifteen minutes

Cooking time: 30 minutes

Total time: Four. Five minutes

portions: one 30 x 20 cm mold

  • 400 g dark chocolate
  • 250 g Butter
  • two scoops soft praline
  • 300 g powdered sugar
  • one vanilla sugar
  • 6 egg
  • 150 g flour
  • 150 g pecan nut
  • Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt it in the microwave. Mix vigorously to smooth the chocolate. Add the butter in pieces and the soft praline. Mix and reserve.

  • In a large bowl, mix the sugar and vanilla sugar and then add the eggs one by one, beating quickly; The mixture should turn white and foamy.

  • Gently incorporate the sifted flour into the sugar / egg mixture. Then add the appliance to the chocolate.

  • Crush the nuts, reserving some for decoration. Add the crushed nuts to the appliance.

  • Pour the preparation in your pan with butter or covered with parchment paper, decorate with the reserved nuts and bake at 180 ° C for 30 minutes.

  • Let cool on a rack and then place in the refrigerator for at least 1 night: brownies will only be better 😉 Enjoy it as is or with a scoop of vanilla / nut ice cream …
