This is a delicious cake that I make very often and that is always a great success. It is certainly a bit rich, but when it is cold as now, it is ideal with a good cup of hot chocolate 😉

Preparation time: fifteen minutes

Total time: one time fifteen minutes

portions: one cake pan

  • Mix the softened butter and sugar in the bowl of your food processor until you get a light and frothy mixture.

  • Gradually add the beaten eggs and 2 tablespoons of flour. Add chocolate chips and dried fruits.

  • Gradually add the sifted flour by gently lifting the appliance.

  • Pour into a cake pan lined with parchment paper. Bake for 1 hour at 170 ° C (or 30 minutes for mini cake pans), let cool on a rack.

You can use any type of nut for this recipe: nuts, hazelnuts, almonds, etc.
