Mix the egg yolks with the sugar. Beat with a whisk until the mixture blanches.
Add the flour and mix well with the sugar / egg mixture. Add 1/2 glass of milk to make the mixture more liquid.
Heat the milk When the milk is warm (after 3-4 minutes) add the egg / flour / sugar / milk mixture. Add your vanilla bean. Mix with a whisk until it boils.
At this time, your cream will already be thick and you can stop cooking.
You can season your custard with spices to add them when cooking milk or with essential oils and flavorings, to add heat at the end of cooking.
