The beautiful days are there and it shows even in my buns! Cravings for sun-dried tomatoes, olive oil for buns with good flavor. Try them: these rolls are delicious to accompany a beautiful mixed salad 😉

Preparation time: fifteen minutes

Cooking time: fifteen minutes

Total time: 4 hours 30 minutes

portions: 10 rolls

  • 500 g white bread flour + yeast
  • 160 g Water
  • 160 g milk semi-skimmed
  • one scoops olive oil
  • 4 teaspoonful paprika
  • one yellow onion
  • 40 g dry tomatoes
  • Cut the onion into slices and brown it quickly in the pan with a little olive oil. Cut the dried tomatoes into small cubes.

  • Place the milk, water and olive oil in the bowl of your bread maker. Then place the flour, baking powder and paprika on top.

  • Run the machine in the dough program (without cooking). When the dough forms a ball (in about 2 minutes), add the roasted onions and the sun-dried tomato cubes. Let the program end.

  • When the program ends, divide the dough into 10 balls and let rise for at least 2 hours.

  • Preheat your oven to 210 ° C and place a container full of water at the bottom of the oven. Cut the top of the dough pieces and put them in the dough pieces for 10 minutes, then lower the oven to 180 ° C and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.

If you don't have a bread maker, knead the dough, then let it rise from 1:30 to 2 h in a bowl, covered with a cloth, in a warm place.
