Popcorn / Espelette pepper and parmesan – for a delicious, easy and quick snack!

Delicious salty popcorn for a gourmet snack. Spices and cheeses to choose from according to your tastes, your cupboards and the mood of the day;).

  • 70 g popcorn
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika powder or a few pinches of Espelette pepper, cumin, curry, …
  • 50 g grated cheese (emmental, parmesan, mimolette, …)
  • 1 drizzle of oil
  • Salt

Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan.

Add corn and mix to cover well.

Cover and let the beans burst over medium heat.

Preheat your oven to 200 ° C (th6 / 7).

Spread popcorn on the baking sheet covered with parchment paper.

Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for about 5 minutes.

Pour into a salad bowl, sprinkle with spices and possibly a little salt (to dose according to the cheese used that will already be more or less salty), stir to distribute well and taste
