  • 150 g chorizo or strong, diced
  • 4 egg
  • 65 g flour
  • 65 g cornmeal

  • Preheat your oven to 180 ° C. Wash and sow the peppers and cut them into small cubes. Finely chop the onion. Sauté the vegetables in 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat.
