Raw Sauerkraut Salad – Salad Recipe


To taste raw sauerkraut, try this fresh and crispy salad.

Although I am from Alsace, I am not a big fan of sauerkraut, in any case prepared as everyone knows it. However, raw and in salads, I find it delicious! Here is a recipe for sauerkraut, easy, light and quick to prepare ;-]

  • In a bowl, mix the oil, vinegar and curry. Salt and pepper to your liking.

  • Peel and grate the carrots. Peel the apple, grate it in half and cut the other half into thin strips. Put everything in the bowl.

  • Rinse the sauerkraut. Add sauerkraut, raisins and almonds to the bowl. Mix well and serve cold.
