To taste raw sauerkraut, try this fresh and crispy salad.
Although I am from Alsace, I am not a big fan of sauerkraut, in any case prepared as everyone knows it. However, raw and in salads, I find it delicious! Here is a recipe for sauerkraut, easy, light and quick to prepare ;-]

In a bowl, mix the oil, vinegar and curry. Salt and pepper to your liking.
Peel and grate the carrots. Peel the apple, grate it in half and cut the other half into thin strips. Put everything in the bowl.
Rinse the sauerkraut. Add sauerkraut, raisins and almonds to the bowl. Mix well and serve cold.
