I discovered this fondant on Soso's blog and it caught my attention immediately! I modified the recipe a bit using Newtree scented chocolates, all the flavors combine perfectly in this soft and very chocolate fondant!
Preparation time: fifteenminutes
Cooking time: twentyminutes
Total time: 35minutes
Cut the squash into small pieces and steam it for 20 minutes, then mash it with a fork.
Break the chocolates into small pieces and put them in a bowl. Heat the cream and then pour it over the chocolate. Add melted butter in the microwave, then cover for 3 minutes.
Mix well and add the pumpkin puree, powdered sugar and beaten eggs. Add the flour and mix well.
Pour the preparation into a pan with butter and sprinkle with flaked almonds. Then bake for 15 minutes at 180 ° C. Leave another 5 minutes in the oven off.
You can use traditional dark chocolate and add ground spices in the preparation.
