At the moment it is spinach season and I have it every week in my organic basket, so you have to constantly find ideas to make all this green food "man" eat! In the form of a salty cake, it always goes very well, so here is a small "homemade" adaptation of this cake that too often had to be found in the catering department with a certain feminine name … 😉 (and that it's all even better homemade !!!)

Preheat your oven to 200 ° C. Trim and wash the spinach leaves, then boil them for 10 minutes in a large volume of water. Drain and reserve.
Spread the broken dough, then cover it with a cake pan with butter. Prick the dough and reserve in the fridge.
Quickly mix the spinach with the garlic clove and then reserve in a bowl.
Add the cream and chopped dried tomatoes to large spinach. Beat the eggs and add them to the mixture. Pepper and salt slightly (attention: the cheese is already salty)
Pour the spinach mixture over the pie crust and place the sliced goat cheese. Bake for 30 minutes.
