To change some sweet recipes (rest assured that other brothels very soon !!!) here is a good sauce dish to fight the winter cold !!! The tarragon sauce is really full of flavor and blends well with the chicken.
I use chicken breasts because we don't like to "peel" too much, but this recipe will be even tastier if you use a whole chicken cut into pieces čśë In this case, simply fry the chicken pieces for longer. in step 1)
Ingredients for 4 people.
1 kg chicken breast
400 g mushrooms
1 leek
1 onion
1 clove garlic
300 ml chicken broth
185 g of fresh cream
1 teaspoon dried tarragon
2 teaspoons old-fashioned mustard
2 teaspoons lemon juice
olive oil, salt, pepper

1) Cut the chicken into large pieces and brown it in a saucepan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Once it is well browned, remove it from the saucepan and set it aside.
2) Finely chop the mushrooms, then sprinkle with the lemon juice and reserve.
3) Cut the white leek, onion and garlic.
4) Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in the saucepan and brown the leek, onion and garlic for 2-3 minutes.
5) Add the mushrooms to the saucepan and continue cooking for 5 minutes.
6) Add the broth, cream, tarragon and mustard. Bring to a boil and let it bubble for 2 minutes.
7) Put the chicken back in the pan, salt and pepper.
8) Cover the saucepan and put it in the oven at 180 ┬░ for 45 minutes (until the sauce has reduced) Serve with steamed potatoes.
