The famous dump cake! A classic but that always pleases so much when the apples are very tender and caramelized. Preferably, choose the reinettes for this cake: they are tasty and keep well when cooked.
Preparation time: twentyminutes
Cooking time: 30minutes
Total time: fiftyminutes
Place the butter and sugar in a missing pan and simmer everything. Mix well and let the sugar caramelize in a beautiful golden caramel. Once the candy is ready, let it cool a little. Meanwhile, peel the apples and cut them into quarters.
Arrange the apples in the caramel, fill all the holes with small pieces. Put the pan back on the flame for 5 minutes to start cooking the apples, letting them absorb the caramel.
Spread your broken dough dough and place it on the dough, making the dough edges fit well into the mold.
Bake at 180 ° C for approximately 30 minutes (the dough should be golden brown and crispy). At the exit of the oven, turn the cake on a plate (be careful with the caramel that can drip!).
Serve alone or accompanied by whipped cream or vanilla ice cream!
