Tuna, sausage and small vegetable pie

Here comes the Sun !!!! Just over for my vacation, it's great! Then, to celebrate his return, a small cake in his honor, a nice cake that blooms on vacation, the good weather, the little vegetables from the sun.

What's in this cake? Only good things !!! Zucchini and yellow pepper for the touch of sun, tuna and sausage for the hint of holiday, basil that smells good in summer and a touch of sumac with cake and lemon. How good I tell you!

The sumac is a spicy Iranian spice that improves the flavor of the dishes, this seasoning comes from the berries of a small shrub with red leaves. If you don't have it, you can replace it in this cake, not a little lemon zest or some fresh, finely chopped lemongrass.
