The sumac is a spicy Iranian spice that improves the flavor of the dishes, this seasoning comes from the berries of a small shrub with red leaves. If you don't have it, you can replace it in this cake, not a little lemon zest or some fresh, finely chopped lemongrass.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Wash, sow and peel the yellow pepper. Break it into small cubes. Wash the zucchini and cut it into small sticks.
